GRATUITY

Unless specified gratuity will NOT be included at time of booking. If a cash tip is not received or we are not notified of service related issues we reserve the right to charge the standard 20% rate.  

EXTRA STOPS

We are pleased to offer up to 30 minutes for an extra stop for an additional $40 PER STOP. These stops may include pre-ordered groceries, ski rental pickup, liquor etc.  Please note this service is NOT guaranteed unless pre-booked with original reservation.  We will do our best to accommodate last minute stops time permitting. 

LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING

There will be a late night/early morning charge of $20.00 between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.

HOLIDAY RATES

Holiday rates will include a 10% surcharge during the week of a  major holiday (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day).

REFUNDS

Refunds are given no later than five days prior to pick-up date. If trip is cancelled WITHIN 5 days of pick-up date all deposits will be NON-refundable.  You will

be able to use the deposits toward credit for a future date.
